Dear Comrade Prime Minister,
It is with great regret that we have learned of the passing of His Excellency Sir Frederick Nathaniel Ballantyne, Former Governor General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, whose significant contributions to the political and medical development of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are widely recognized.
On behalf of the People and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our most sincere and heartfelt Condolences to You, the Government and People of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and especially to his Family.
We trust that his family and friends will find Peace and Solace in his memory and important historical legacy.
