With sadness, we have learned of the passing of former transitional Prime Minister, H.E. Hussein Nur Hassan, who played an important role in favor of progress and peace in Somalia and other African Countries.
We wish to express to you, the People and the Government of the Sister Federal Republic of Somalia, especially his relatives, our deepest Condolences on behalf of the People and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf.
