Dear Brother President,
On behalf of the People, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, the Sandinista Front for National Liberation and on our own behalf, we wish to express our deepest Condolences to You, the People, the Government of the Republic of South Africa, the African National Congress (ANC) and his beloved family, for the transition to another plane of life of Comrade Andrew Mokete Mlangeni.
In this time of mourning for the People of South Africa, we remember the legacy of unwavering struggle, sacrifice and commitment transmitted by Comrade Mlangeni, who, along with the Always Remembered Nelson Mandela, Leader of Justice and Racial Equity, inspired generations of fighters for freedom in South Africa, the African Continent and the entire world.

We trust that you will be able to find Peace and Comfort in His Memory and Legacy, remembering Him as a Hero, full of humility and wisdom, who fought for the Liberation and Reconstruction of your Country.
