On behalf of the People and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) and on our own behalf, we wish to express our deepest Condolences to You, the People, the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) and the beloved family of Comrade Benjamin William Mkapa, Former President of Tanzania, for his transition to another plane of life.
In this moment of mourning for the People of Tanzania, we remember the legacy of Comrade Mkapa as a Leader who fought for Peace, Well-being and Economic Development of his Country, the African Continent and the entire world.
