Dear Primer Minister,
It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of the Honorable Owen Seymour Arthur, Former Prime Minister of Barbados and prominent member of the Barbados Labor Party (BLP).
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our deepest Condolences to You, the People, the Government of Barbados, and especially to the beloved family of Brother Owen Arthur.
In this time of mourning for the People of Barbados, we trust that you will find Peace and Solace in His Memory and Legacy for his significant contributions to the political, social, economic and academic development of Barbados and for his commitment towards the integration of the Greater Caribbean.
